MORAIOLO
The cultivar which characterizes much of the Umbria region, and especially the 85% of the territory is stripping the “MORAIOLO”. It ‘a plant that is well suited to the character of Umbria; small, but strong and durable; dodges but that gives an oil with a strong sensory personality. Plant characterized by high hardiness that prefers hilly areas. Productivity is high and constant. The oil content is low and is highly valued for characteristic taste “fruity” and content in squalene and polyphenols.

LECCINO
Vigorous and easy adaptation to different olive-growing environments. Productivity is high and constant. The oil content is low.
TREE: VIGOUR: strong – HABIT: spreading – CANOPY: large and dense -NOTE: the branches, often pendulous, have peaks dating and short internodes.
FRUIT COLOUR AT HARVESTING: violet-black – TURNED DARK COLOUR : early and simultaneous – SHAPE: elongated ovoid or ellipsoidal – SYMMETRY: weakly asymmetric – POSITION OF MAXIMUM DIAMETER: central – SIZE: medium – APEX: rounded – BASE: depressed – CAVITY ‘STALK: circular, medium broad and deep; – SKIN: pruinose and dotted with numerous little lenticels.
FRANTOIO
nice variety with high productivity is also valued for its ability to adapt. The oil content is medium. This cultivar is particularly appreciated for the production of fruity oils and stable over time.
